Muscle
to Spare.
The
Beaver SS offers one of the highest useful loads of any
single seat sport plane kit. With a maximum gross
take-off weight of 650 pounds and a typical empty weight
of 340 pounds, our Beaver offers more than 300 pounds of
useful load!
Outstanding
Performance
Short take-offs, even shorter landings, and a
phenomenal rate of climb!
Polite
aircraft with pleasant handling characteristics
The original single seat Beaver is frequently noted
as being one of the nicest flying ultra lights ever.
With its newly designed and cleaner wing, and full span
ailerons, the Beaver SS is even better!
Lowest
build times of any sport aircraft!
Pre-cut, pre-drilled components combined with a
modern Assembly Manual (light on cad drawings, heavy on photos) makes for easy assembly even for first time
builders!
Easy
to finish
Cenconite fabric is attached to the structure using
a 3M, water-based latex glue before being “shrunk to
fit” with a simple home iron. It's “brain dead”
easy and for those that have never worked with fabric
before, the standard kit even includes an educational
video to show you how!
The Beaver kit even includes a high end, catylized
polyurethane primer and paint package by Endura
incorporating UV protection, flex agent, and
instructions. Paint it yourself or deliver the aircraft
with the paint package to your local autobody paint shop
(most established shops will be familiar with Endura
products).
A
no surprises, everything included, kit
The Standard Beaver SS kit includes everything you
need to assemble your aircraft except gas, oil, and some
basic tools.
Everything is jig drilled at the factory with all of the
difficult work done for you. To quote one builder
commenting on our kits, "it goes together like a
BBQ!"
Phenomenal
product support!
You’ll be supported through every step of your
building experience. In addition to the Assembly Manual,
we offer numerous builder resources through our web
site, builder support from our full time, professional
shop; all supported by a manufacturer with an
unwaivering commitment to its products, dealers, and
ultimately its owner community. If the aircraft wasn’t
so much fun to fly, we’d probably call “support”
the Beaver’s best feature!
