IT ON THE CHINOOK AIRFRAME. KEEPING WITH OUR ORIGINAL PREFERENCE TO KEEP IT TUCKED BEHIND THE AIRFRAME FOR THE BEST AERODYNAMICS, WE WERE SUCCESSFUL IN MOUNTING THE HKS UPRIGHT. IN 1998, AT THE SUN N FUN AIRSHOW IN LAKELAND, FLORIDA WE WERE AMONGST A HANDFUL OF MANUFACTURES THAT HAD THE HKS ON THEIR AIRFRAME. WE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO OFFER A DEMO FLIGHT TO ONE OF THE HKS JAPANESE ENGINEERS AND AFTER HIS FLIGHT AND FURTHER EXAMINATION OF OUR INSTALLATION, HE COMMENTED THAT THE MOUNT WAS ONE OF THE BEST HE HAD SEEN.
