My son Jake and I
started to build our Chinook Plus II in mid January 2002. We
made our first flight the
following December. The kit went together like a dream
in about four months of part time building; however, our
painter took forever. It was a great kit and the help
from ASAP was outstanding. We have 30 hours on the plane
and have enjoyed flying along the beaches of lower Alabama. My
son is quadriplegic and we are currently installing hand
control rudders so Jake can one day solo the Chinook.
